First I was very pleased with the product and the sound it produced. After 2.000 km the exhaust broke on the weld of the flange that goes into the cylinder head. I tried to claim a warranty with WeBike. I sent several photos which clearly showed that the exhaust broke on the weld. After consultation with Yoshimura, WeBike offered to ship the exhaust back to Japan for examination. They offered to pay for the shipment to Japan but stated that they wouldn't be liable for any costs regarding the return shipment, customs, taxes etc. With all these uncertainties I refused to send the product back to Japan. I asked them to reconsider and sent new photos to show them even more clearly that the breaking is on the weld.
