These Yoshimura service plug sets can be lock wired for track use, but otherwise they are mainly installed for the aesthetics. They look so much better than the stock units when installed and give that EWC Yoshimura SERT Suzuki look to the bike. Installation is easy but I would recommend having new seals as the old ones can dry out dependant on how old the bike is.

The product is called YOSHIMURAService hall plug. Although it does not contribute to performance improvement, it can improve serviceability. (It's not a part that is rarely opened.)
With NORMAL, you would use a 19mm Socket and a 10mm Hexagonal Wrench to remove it respectively, but both are 1 The 7mm Socket can be unified. I think there are many people who use it because it looks good, even though it is a product for circuit use, since it can also be used for wiring. I bought it for its appearance.
O-rings are not included and OEM Product O-rings must be provided. Once you have that, all you need to do is replace it with the OEMParts.

I missed out on the original service hole plug set from yoshimura! I'm glad they made a new version. The nut size on the main plug is the same as the nut on the end of the crankshaft which is really well thought out design in my opinion.View Detail
This was a five minute job from unpacking the plug set to finish,as always the package is extremely well packaged inside from being damaged.I used the oem rubber seals from the original plugs and screwed in the new plugs no problems and look great.View Detail

When I got this plug, I think it was not what I buy. It is not the same thing show on the picture. If I install it to my bike, the hex head will make the plug not smooth. I think may be they send the wrong part to me.View Detail
I bought this flexible funnel to avoid getting oil over my Yoshimura exhaust when removing the GSXR 1000 oil filter. Space is quite tight so it is hard to get the filter out quickly without leaving a mess and this funnel helps keep things cleaner. When using my track bike I am always cleaning the brake calipers and therefore needing to reset the caliper pistons to acheive minimal drag once the brake pads are re-installed. This little tool by UNIT works well and does not mark the pads like previous methods I've tried. The handle also provide good grip when my hands are a little wet. K-CON spacers are an affordable way to purchase multiple sizes of aluminium spacers, rather than having custom made. They have excellent anodising and the tolerances are very tight regards the claimed measurements. These M6 units are a perfect match for M6 hex bolts as can be seen in the picture provided. The Yoshimura chain adjuster blocks are a little heavier than the stock OEM items, this is because they are a little larger, thicker and therefore stronger. They don’t change how the adjusters work from the OEM units but are of a much higher quality of finish with finer tolerances, so less axle movement when tightening. This newer design now has the Yoshimura logo on the outer side of the block, so it’s easier to see it when installed. Good price from Webike, cheaper than anywhere else.View Detail
