The third item I needed for the service on the MSX125 2021. I needed to buy the oil filter element, the air cleaner and the oil screen filter. This was the oil filter element (oil filter). I decided to go for the OEM parts as I know I can count on them for top quality and they last a long time too. I found the right parts by simply using the help section on Webike and cross referenced with Honda schematics. From there, you can determine what is the exact part you need. Brilliant price for this oil cleaner, oil screen filter and the air cleaner element which were all so much cheaper than could be sourced locally. I had a couple of other parts in this order for the MSX125 and EMS got them delivered in 5 days from being shipped. The oil filter element came in the standard Honda packet and was also surrounded with padding. The quality of the oil filter element is easy to see. This little beauty came in for a service and air, oil and filter change. Not really sure how long this has been needing the service but with how the filter was looking upon removal, it was long overdue. Finding the right oil filter was pretty easy if you know how. I cross referenced with Honda schematics and found the oil filter on Webike website. The price Webike had this for was actually on offer at the time so was better than I could source locally. For some reason, these are not easy to get in the UK, maybe the bikes are not that popular here. Anyway, with a couple of other small parts I had my order shipped together to save on some postage costs. EMS got my order delivered in 5 days which was great for me, I know when my orders will arrive. This was packaged really well and carefully too. The oil filter is a standard shape but is specific for this model. It fitted really easily and the quality does show when you are handling it. Very well made and no flaws that I could see. It has done its job in sealing between the right crankcase and the clutch cover. Serves the same purpose as the original gasket with no noticeable difference. This was the most important part that was needed to upgrade the NMAX125 to the bigger and slightly more powerful NMAX155. These are not generally cheap parts so it pays to do your homework and get the right one. Finding was not too bad once you know what to look for. Yamaha schematics also helped out a lot here too. It also gave me the information I needed for all the other parts needed. Webike price for this cylinder was exceptional and so much cheaper than I could possibly source locally. With the other parts needed for this upgrade, I got them all shipped together. Mainly, to save on some shipping but also as all the parts I need would arrive at the same time. I could than crack on with the rebuild. All my parts were expertly packaged and padded inside the box so there was no damage during transit. This cylinder also came in the Yamaha standard box which also protected. The cylinder is very well cast and machined very well too. All the ports are perfect. There is no excess metal or shards or even dust on the cylinder. Truly, a perfect part from Yamaha. All the parts are now with me ready to take on the upgrade challenge. This was another seal that was needed for the CBR1000RR 2014 that came in for a refresh/rebuild. This seal was one the one that seals the water temperature sensor into the thermostat. It was well and truly perished and needed changing out. Finding the right one was pretty easy using the Honda schematics for the CBR1000RR 2014 model. Webike had this on sale at the time of ordering but the price was super cheap anyway. Added to the long list of parts needed for this bike I had them all shipped together. I use EMS as they just get my orders delivered in super fast time. In 5 days the entire order arrived. The packets inside were well packed and protected, including this small washer. Webike put all the really small parts inside a plastic bag to keep them safe and then inside a bubble wrap packet too. The washer is a really neat part and I think stainless steel. It is essentially a crush washer. The specifications were spot on which you would expect anyway from an OEM Honda part. One of my regular customers with a lovely Z800 asked about a tank protector for their bike. This makes sense as to stop any forthcoming scratches and then also add protection for any future scuffs. The correct tank pad was not hard to find, I just filtered the manufacturer and then model of bike and there were a couple to choose from. I decided on the genuine Kawasaki one as it will fit as it should do with it being made for this bike. The cost was not too bad actually and better than I had seen for sale locally. With a couple of other tank pads for other bikes, I had them all shipped together via EMS. EMS just do what they say and get your order to you quickly. Mine arrived 5 days after the shipping date which is perfect. The entire order was neatly packed in the box, the tank pads were all kept nice and flat so there was no distortion which could have been a problem when fitting. The tank pad came in a Kawasaki packet and was neatly presented. The pad itself feels very nice and smooth but does have a bit of friction due to the materials used. I was expecting a slightly more domed gel pad but for what it is, it's fine for my needs. Fitting was straight forward and when on without issue. This was another part that needed to be changed after getting this older bike for a rebuild. There were a lot of small parts that had perished and needed changing before we could go forward with the rebuild. A fair few gaskets were not great and this was one of them. The thermostat gasket. Not a hard part to track down if you have the Honda schematics for the model of bike. The price Webike had this gasket for was excellent value for money and always better than could be sourced locally. Everything in my basket was shipped together to save a little on the shipping cost. EMS was my chosen courier as they just get the orders to me same and fast. In 5 days my order arrived. This thermostat gasket was in a Honda standard packet but Webike added a nice thick piece of cardboard to the back to make sure it stayed flat. The gasket itself is a small one and not a lot you can say about how it looks. The true test is how it works when fitted.
