Genuine Honda Thermostat Case Gasket for CBR1000R 2007

I was changing my exhaust and the muffler gaskets that were already there had suffered too much damage to reuse. Not such a problem as I know I can source these pretty easily. Finding the correct part number was fairly straight forward, I used Webike tools in the help section and cross referenced for my own peace of mind on Honda schematics. The cost from Webike was brilliant value and a little better than I could source locally. With a few other items in my order, I had them all shipped using EMS as they just do the job right. Combining items in my order also saved a bit of money on the shipping too. Bonus. My order arrived in 5 days from initial shipping from Webike warehouse. Very good timeframe from Japan to the UK. The order was packaged really well and any smaller parts were well wrapped and surrounded by bubble wrap. The gasket itself came in a Honda packet and well packed. This is a really cool looking gasket with 2 types of material. I believe these also fit a few other models apart from the CB900F. Genuine Honda Sealing Washer 34.5mm for CBR1000RR 2014This was the seal for the bolt to the oil cooler that had perished. There were a lot of leaks all over this bike and tracking them all back was a bit of a pain but needed to be done. Finding the right sealing washer for this bike was easy using the Honda schematics. Once with this part number I checked Webike and found the right one. The cost from Webike was a lot cheaper than I could have sourced locally. I did have a lot of little parts I needed for this bike and got them all shipped in the same order to save some shipping costs. Not that the shipping is expensive anyway, I use EMS and the price is cheap enough but the service is second to none that I have used from Webike. The orders arrive in 5 days from being shipped which works out perfect for me as I know when the order will arrive. The sealing washer arrived well packaged in it's own Honda packet and also inside a small plastic bag along with some of the other smaller parts to keep them safe. This seal is a little larger than some of the other ones but does looks a really precise and hard wearing one. To be fair, this does need to be pretty sturdy to be able to withstand the heat that comes off the oil cooler anyway. Fitting was pretty straight forward and not a long job at all. This was another part that needed to be changed after getting this older bike for a rebuild. There were a lot of small parts that had perished and needed changing before we could go forward with the rebuild. A fair few gaskets were not great and this was one of them. The thermostat gasket. Not a hard part to track down if you have the Honda schematics for the model of bike. The price Webike had this gasket for was excellent value for money and always better than could be sourced locally. Everything in my basket was shipped together to save a little on the shipping cost. EMS was my chosen courier as they just get the orders to me same and fast. In 5 days my order arrived. This thermostat gasket was in a Honda standard packet but Webike added a nice thick piece of cardboard to the back to make sure it stayed flat. The gasket itself is a small one and not a lot you can say about how it looks. The true test is how it works when fitted. After adding this to the bike and giving it s quick leak test, all was perfect. Cannot thank Webike enough for taking the care and making sure all my parts arrive safe and in perfect condition. This bike came in for a bit of a refresh due to being an off road bike as well as a road bike. It certainly had seen better days. There were various parts that I wanted to refresh during this and this crank case cover gasket 3 was one of them as it had a slight weep. The gasket was easy to find using the tools Webike provide on their help pages. I also cross reference with Yamaha schematics to make sure. I had some other parts for this bike in my order and getting them all shipped together made sense and saved me a little on the shipping too. EMS is my chosen courier and the order arrived very well packaged in 5 days from being shipped. The gasket came in the standard Yamaha packet and was in perfect condition upon arrival. This is a detailed cover gasket but that does not mean it is not a capable gasket. With all Yamaha gaskets like this, I have never had any issues. Fantastic quality and well worth the effort in changing. Every mount point lined up perfectly and this made me very happy. Yet another small bike with top end issues which resulted in a new cylinder head gasket needing to be replaced. Not a big deal. I found the correct part number from Kawasaki schematics etc. Webike price was really competitive too. A few other parts were needed including the actual cylinder head for this bike and were ordered together by EMS and delivered in 7 days. All my order was delivered with no issues, the gasket was kept flat so not to damage it. This gasket is not a big one but it does have some intricate details that need to be correct to fit the cylinder. You can see it has been manufactured the right way and not cheaped out on it. Top quality part direct from Kawasaki. It is sturdy and has a slight flexibility. All the holes aligned with the fitment and went on pretty easily too. Fitted quickly but precisely along with the cylinder head in just under an hour with everything else put back together. This was a friends child's bike that needed a good overhaul, especially the cylinder head due to loss of compression. You could probably get it re-honed but that would be more expensive than buying a whole new cylinder head anyway. I found the right cylinder head by using Kawasaki schematics for this model and year of bike. Not too tricky. The searching Webike website to see if they could get stock or already have it. Luckily, this cylinder head does fit a few years of the same model so is available. The price from Webike was excellent and a fraction of what a re-hone would cost. It was shipped suing EMS and had a few other small parts including the cylinder head gasket as I do like to change all together. After arriving in the UK, it was delivered promptly and eventually arrived with me at my door in 7 days. This cylinder head was very well packaged. No damage at all due the amount of padding Webike added. The cylinder head is a really well machined part and there was no excess swarf or shards of metal in or around the cylinder head. This was a top quality Kawasaki part and it needs to be for what job it has. Fitting it relatively easy as long as you take your time. Very pleased with how much compression this little bike now has. Time for a change of air filter for this Z900. This was a part that needed changing on the Z900 bike that came in for a service. The air filter was pretty bad and very dirty which was only having a negative effect on the bike's running. The correct air filter was easy to find using the tools and help section on Webike pages. I also cross referenced with Kawasaki schematics for my own peace of mind. The air filter was really good value and slightly cheaper than I could source locally at my nearest Kawasaki parts dealer. I chose EMS for my courier as they just get my orders delivered fast. 7 days from shipping my order arrived. Everything in the order was extra well packed with bubble wrap for security. The air filter is not a massive one especially for such a large bike but you do need it to fit as it should. The old one had gotten a little funny shaped and was not sitting right and this was the first air filter change from new. This one however, fits perfectly. The air filter came in the usual Kawasaki packaging. The quality is yet to be found, once started up and run for a while. Initial testing though seems as though the filter is allowing the right amount of air through. Good signs there. I had an issue with the ignition barrel and snapped the key in the process. After a lot of pushing and pulling the key decided to snap, my bad. So I did not have to go and buy a totally new set of locks, I had an old set hanging around and decided I would get the lock set cut with a new key, this is where the new blank key comes in. I could have just got some random generic key but as this is an essential part that needs to work every time, I went for the genuine Kawasaki one as this is an old bike and I wanted to make sure this fitted exactly. The part number was not particularly hard to find and Webike had these available. Win, win. The price was very reasonable and better than could have sourced locally so I just added 2 to the basket to keep as a spare. There were a few other parts in my order and all were shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days. All my parts were received in perfect condition. The key even came in a small Kawasaki bag which was a nice touch. The key has a really good and solid feel to it. Although it is a blank, the edges are smooth as you would expect. I got the key cut and installed my new/old lock set. All works perfectly and now I can get my seat off. Thank you Webike, great job. View Detail
