This bike came in with for a service but also wanted some other parts including protection and personal choices. I had already purchased and fitted the case covers for it but the customer wanted the spindle slider too. Not a problem at all. Webike do stock a lot of R&G for Yamaha models and I found this one relatively easily buy just searching for the aftermarket parts for the MT07. The price was pretty good and around the same as sourced locally but this was currently out of stock in the UK so I got it from Webike. As I rarely have just one item per order, I had the other smaller parts shipped together which does save on a little shipping. EMS is my favourite courier as they just get my orders deliverd fast and efficiently. The package arrived quickly in 5 days from being shipped. The spindle protector came in it's own R&G plastic box and was well presented. The box included all you need in terms of accessories to fit this to the bike. The threaded sections are spot on, no issue there. The plastic bobbins on each end are very nice and also have the R&G logo in white on them. Really easy to fit and you don't even have to remove the axle nut either. You just thread the bar through and follow the rest of the instructions. This bike came in for a bit of an overhaul in way of protection. The customer wanted some R&G protectors adding to it just in case of any accidents or falls. This was one of the parts for the front forks. These are really great for protectors as they do what they are supposed to do. I found the right ones bu=y just going through Webike search for this bike and they were all listed for the R&G brand. The cost was good too and were on offer at the time of ordering. Witht he other crash protectors for this bike, I got them all shipped together so they arrived at the same time. I do use EMS and my order was delivered in 5 days from being shipped. The fork protector came in the standard R&G plastic clear box and did include all you need to fit these. There are comprehensive instructions so you really cannot go wrong. The fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. The threaded sections are crisp and clean and the bobbins on the ends are perfect too. Very hard wearing from past experience. This is a set of front fork protectors for the Yamaha MT07 2017 model. There are a lot of protecvtion parts you can get for these bikes and you would be hard pushed to find anything as good as R&G ones. Finding was not hard for the part number, I just checked R&G website and found them already on Webike. With a few other parts in my order, I had all shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days. The fork protectors are a bar with 2 cotton reels on the ends. These do bolt on pretty tightly and do prortect your fork legs in the event of an accident. Obviously, a precautionary measure as you just never know. The quality of the R&G protectors is awesome. The threaded ends are perfect and work smoothly. As I said before, a nice snug fit so need to worry about wobble at speed. The ends are very hard and from experience, they do take a lot to grind down. Anyway, very happy with purchase.
