Bought this for my 2017 Z900. It is not advertised as fitting to the non-RS model but installs perfectly. The rubber sock fitted as standard looks cheap and the throwaway cotter pins are awkward and wasteful to deal with. They had to go, but until now there was no solution. Thanks Aella! The Aella cover is well designed, of xcellent quality and just looks so clean!
I love the look of this piece. It's much nicer than the rubber that comes with the bike, and the safety pin is much easier to deal with than bending the cotter pin every time. Plus, it's less wasteful!View Detail
The product quality and finish of the cap cover are good. The anodizing color is also good.Remove the existing rubber cover and remove the pinInsert the Aella nut cover and insert a new pin into the hole of the cover for easy installation. In the case of genuine pins, the shape of the wheel is deformed when reassembling, so it does not look good, but when using pins from Aella products,I think it can be easily reassembled every time.View Detail
Replaces the stock cheap axle nut cover with a part that has style and functionalityNo need anymore to straighten out cotter pin and replace each time chain needs adjustingOk slightly pricey but does a great jobHappy with the purchase !View Detail
It looks better than the bare OEM. However, I was mistaken, but I thought it was Quantity because it cost more than 6,000 yen.:Pair (for Left and Right) I bought it because I thought it was a good idea. The price for one Cap and one Split Pin was a cosmetic disappointment.View Detail
I bought this because the OEM Cover is not good looking, and I was worried about the Rear Axle guard, but at the time of purchase, I was considering an external exhaust system, and there was a possibility that it would interfere with some of the exhaust systems, so I decided to go for the easy way out. The design is much cooler than OEM. Personally, I think it would have been nice to have a product without the word "Manufacturer" or with a simple design. Also, the cover itself is reasonably stiff, so I think it will protect the Swing Arm if the fall is just a standing fall.
As others have said, the space between the pins is too narrow to fit easily, and since I didn't have a plastic hammer, I couldn't knock it in, so I widened the pins a bit. Also, due to the trial and error process, the grooves were scratched quite a bit by the pin, and the pin's clamping side (the side that goes out) was sharp, though not sharp, so it scratched quite deeply. When I wiped it with Plexus, it became less noticeable, but when I left it as it was, it stood out as Large, so I think I need to be careful when installing it.View Detail
