About quality and texture - The breather mini filter from Shift Up is made from a dry multi-layered cotton gauze filter with a stainless steel mesh, rubber top and rubber base, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - A necessary addition for my custom catch can install due to not utilising the original airbox, an external air filter was required to connect up directly to the catch can breather port. Very compact in it's design making it perfect to squeeze up into the tight space behind the side fairing.Products to buy together - Another product to purchase when looking to complete a custom catch can install would be some clear breather hose, the clear hose will allow you to monitor any oil or moisture build up leading up to the catch can.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the breather mini filter is a simple task that took 0.1 of an hour complete. I used this mini filter on my Honda Ruckus when modifying the air intake. Although it's designed as a breather, I used it as a mini intake filter on the intake solenoid. It fits snugly over the plastic tube that you remove the hose from as you can see in my picture. Anywhere where there is a nipple type fitting, such as a T-piece that joins three hoses together, this filter can be fitted. Is is too small and the mesh too loose to be used as a direct carburetor intake, but as an auxiliary intake or breather filter it's perfect and cheap.

This is a nice little filter, meant for breather purposes but ideal for use on the PCV solenoid when modifying the air intake on a Ruckus. Good quality and perfect fit.
