Hyperpro's uniquely designed suspension springs with "Constant Rising Rate". The spring rate constantly changes to follow the movement of the suspension. It is not too soft and not too hard, and has the power to hold on even under heavy cornering and emergency braking.
■The change of the caster at the time of braking before the corner is optimized, and it makes it easy to move to the next operation. It absorbs small gaps during cornering and eliminates vibrations that interfere with the rider.
■Unlike normal springs, these springs do not have a constant spring rate and therefore do not resonate.
■After the springs are wound by computer-controlled machine tools, they are shot to remove minute surface scratches that may deteriorate their performance. In addition, after the completion, the performance of each unit is inspected by a tester.
■In the Netherlands, the home of Hyperpro, all emergency bikes are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
