Slightly rounded bikini cowl with standard design.
High rectification effect and fearless styling can be obtained.This product can be installed to the stock light by bolt-on.
The light is securely fixed at three points: the right and left rubber mounts and the lower rigid mount.
The cowl body is made of FRP, and a polycarbonate windshield is standard equipment.
The windshield can be selected from clear or smoke.

The slightly rounded shape of the bikini cowl can be installed on any type of vehicle without any sense of discomfort and enhances the original styling of the vehicle.
It also reduces wind pressure from the shoulders to the torso to support comfortable high-speed running.

The cowl body is made of multi-layered FRP for durability, with a matte finish on the back surface.
Compatible with Japanese stock color coating with acrylic urethane paint.
The windshield can be selected from clear or smoke and stainless steel screws, polycarbonate washers and lock nuts are used to attach the windshield to the cowl body.


Bolt-on installation can be done due to the exclusive design of the model
Cut line and installation bracket are set for each model, and installation is bolt-on.
No special tools are required for installation.



■Secure fixation by 3-point mount
Rubber mounts on both sides and rigid mounts on the lower part of the vehicle prevent uncomfortable vibrations and provide a stable ride even at high speeds.
All the stock colors are painted clear and the back side is also painted with the same color.


Installation procedure

Please check the contents before you start to install the parts.
・Cowl
・Windshield
・Instruction Manual, Vehicel Body Mounting Bracket Set, Windshield Screw Set (Blue)

Please prepare the necessary tools for installation.
・Combination wrench or spanner (size 14mm, 13mm, 12mm, 10mm, 8mm)
・Hexagonal Wrench (Size 4mm, 3mm)
・Phillips screwdriver
・Blanket (to protect the vehicle)
・Scissors or nippers

Attach the mounting rubber to the cowl.
Once you remove the collar from the inside, insert the collar after installing the mounting rubber.
The mounting rubber is included in the vehicle mounting bracket set.

Attach the windshield to the cowl.
Temporarily assemble the windshield screws in all holes and tighten them evenly.
Windshield screws are included in the windshield screw set (blue).

Since the lock nut is designed to prevent loosening, it is sufficient to tighten the lock nut to the extent that there is no rattling after checking by hand.
Please note that over-tightening may cause deformation or cracking of the windshield.

Remove the screw that holds the light rim in place.

Pull out the coupler and remove the light unit.

Remove the bolts securing the headlight and replace with the supplied side mount bolts.
Side mounting bolts are included in the body mounting bracket set.

The work is done one side at a time to prevent misalignment of the optical axis.

Insert the coupler and install the headlight unit in the original place.

Tighten the screws on both sides.

Fix the included bracket temporarily.
In order to adjust the position of the cowl later, it is loosely assembled here so that the bracket can be moved.

Put the cowl on.
Align the holes on the left and right side of the light with the holes on the left and right side of the cowl.
Align the bracket so that it comes inside the hole in the bottom of the cowl.

Install the bolts on both sides to secure the cowl.
The left and right bolts are included in the body mounting bracket set.

Align the bracket with the hole at the bottom of the cowl and temporarily fix with the included bolt and nut.

Adjust and position the clearance between the light rim and the cowl around the light.

Tighten the bolts on the body side of the bracket.

Tighten the bolts on the cowl side.

Installation completed.
Turn the handlebar to the right and left to check for any interference.
